So just ordered my phone yesterday and straight away i get order status parked.

from reading on the forums it seems that alot of people get this issue and are told credit checks failed.

I know that my credit checks are fine. so do i need to chase up on this or what do i need to do since i know alot from what i've read is that no one ends up calling up to discuss this.

so i contacted the team and they just told me to wait a month for another credit check, which im not exactly wanting to do since i would like to get my order done now?
