Hello
took up new contract of 20Gb for £8. Sim arrived but not yet installed or registered it. However, existing contract with Plusnet ends 23rd Feb. how can I get my my new Virgin mobile to start on 23rd? Dont want to pay double for using my mobile - on a limited budget with current cost of living.
Or will I need to cancel within 14day cooling off period, if unable to start contrct on 23rd Feb? Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks.

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the community forums, it's great to have you here.
I'm sorry for any confusion regarding your SIM, the activation date should be available in the paper work you receive from us, but it is usually 30 days after receiving it.
Please be aware if you are not able to activate within this time then you will need to cancel in your cooling off period.

will check paperwork I received wit the SIM together with Virgin Mobile emails.
However, did not see an activation date.
