Hi I have just joined from EE, yet I can not receive calls or make calls. 

I kept my number from  EE it said it was swapped OK, yet I still have Virgin number supplied for calls but for text it has my EE number. Can anyone help.

Been like this for 2 weeks now and no joy, they keep saying tech will call but nothing.
