I just attempted to make a charity donation via text, only to receive a message stating that I've hit my spending cap. I haven't got a spending cap and don't intend to have one. Tried to either remove or increase the spending cap and just get an error message (tried this via the mobile app as well as my laptop - same outcome). I have always paid my bills on time and there are no other financial reasons for Virgin to impose such a limit. Is this to do with the switch to O2? Why can't I make the change I want to?
