I have recently upgraded my tariff. The changes will be actioned on Sep 28. In the meantime, I need to add data because I have reached the data limit of my old tariff. However I can’t buy an add on right now - I tried to do this on my Virgin Mob account and I’m not allowed to do this. I am fast approaching the limit on my spending cap too. How can I add more funds to my account to ensure I can continue to use data on my phone between now and when my allowances are refreshed on Sep 28? I am in Portugal at the moment and have tried calling 789 etc but I can’t get connected.
