I reported phone missing a year ago.
London underground had it and returned it after time. It was lost in station.
I need to use phone now.
It's on an IMEI blacklist now. Sim not allowed says says the phone.
Virgin sent me to Motorola. So I went there
Reset the phone completely and still see problem.
The IMEI is blacklisted. Still.
I can unblacklist only Virgin can I'm told
