Sim only refund policy

Hi,

does the 14 day cancellation period only apply to mobile phones. I ordered a new pay monthly contract on the website today but a few hours after I changed my mind. I want to cancel my order. Can I do that for free since I have not got my sim, do I have to wait for it to come? Will I be charged and how do I get a refund?

Hi fathaha86, 

 

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 

 

You can cancel it at any point when the order is generated - so you would be able to do it now. You wouldn't be charged as the bill wouldn't have generated like that. If you call the team on 0345 6000 789 they would be able to help you with that 🙂
