I have a new phone for my son to use and received a replacement sim (original virgin sim was lost and was never activated). Unfortunately this one is saying it is not provisioned and I can't access or register my sim account. Please help as this is for Xmas day
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having an issue with your new SIM card.
The SIM will need to be activated before it will begin to work. If you've already tried this and it's not worked, we can do this from this end for you. To do this I'll need to pass data protection with you.
