I bought a SIM only contract to start on two days ago. At the same time, I was going to be sent a replacement sim for my current tariff till then. My old SIM is no longer working and the new SIM sent is stating not provisioned for voice. I'm unable to make calls or send texts. Is there an email address through which I can contact virgin mobile?

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your new SIM.
As you have stated the old SIM is no longer active, it does sound like the new one has been activated so I will just need to run few checks from our side.
