Sim card

Hi,

When I upgraded you sent me a sim card with unlimited data texts and calls for 0 pounds a month. 

Now that I need it I have searched the entire house and its nowhere to be found 😔

Please can you send me a replacement? The original wasn't even taken out from the packaging, as you can see its never been used. 

I just need to make sure it's the same as the one that came with my upgrade please 🙏
