My sim card has stopped working and i'm unable to receive calls or texts.
I'm also getting a message saying "refreshing sim card data".
Can anyone help please?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your sim card.
Are you able to let me know if you get this error message everywhere or is it only in a specific location?
I only get the message in one location.
The sim card doesn't work anywhere.

Will it need to be signed for as there will be no one at home until next Tuesday?

No signature would be needed for the sim card, it will just be posted through your door and will need to be activated but the instructions on how to this will come with the sim card.

Received new sim today and inserted the sim in phone.
I'm now getting a message saying sim not provisiond.
Thanks for coming back to us about your SIM card, I'm glad it's arrived on time but I understand it's not working as it should be.
I've taken a second look at your mobile service, it should be activating today as it was still pending.
You don't need to do anything else with it, just make sure it's in your phone and switched on.
If it still is not working by tomorrow, please let us know so we can continue to support you.
