I've just received my SIM phone number [Removed]
I'm having no luck activating. I have....
Set sim as main sim using settings
Tried using old sim texting READY
Put new sim in and rebooted
Still no luck activating
So I'm at a bit of a loss at the moment, does anyone have any suggestions ?

Are you able to let us know, what phone do you currently have?
The phone that I am using is a Black view Bv9600 pro.
Ideally I would like to be contacted on my alternate number and you can find that number in my previous posts that where removed for including a phone number.
As you know I've been without service for months, Im still paying my bill, can I get a refund please once we've got this sorted?
My other sim worked fine in this high end 1 yr old phone

Hi Zac, I think I may have already mentioned, I have a Black view BV9600 pro.
It's a high end new smart phone which my other sim worked fine in. I appreciate you helping me by trying to activate but it doesn't seem to have worked do you have any other suggestions maybe ?

Can you do me a favour please? If the new SIM is in the phone can you turn it off and back on for me and let me know what happens?
Thanks for your concern Ryan. The good news is that my SIM is now active ,however I am not getting any mobile data at the moment is there any chance you could possibly look into that for me ?
We do advise to give 24 hours after activation,
Are you able to access data today?
