Signing in to mobile account

Hi

I have forgotten my password for my mobile account i fill in all questions and and receive codes which i fill in it comes to my memorable question although  my memorable question answer is correct it is not accepted so i fill in another lot of questions for forgetting memorable question says email will be sent but it never arrives it seems that this reply part is on strike.

I'm really sorry that you cannot access your online mobile account and the reset you have tried hasn't worked for you.
