Services Barred

Hi, I have had a Pay monthly account with you for 18 months now. When I transferred from a PAYG account it had a large balance which has been paying the monthly airtime costs, this has now been used up, so would expect the direct debit to kick in. This does not seem to have happened and on 2nd June received a text that my services are barred due to an outstanding balance. I immediately made a payment via the My virgin mobile site, after a few days my services were still barred, so I made a second payment , services are still barred 20 days later. Tried 789 but struggling to get through. Please help
