Hi, I missed a direct debit payment of my phone bill so my services were suspended which is understandable, I made the payment and still have not been restored my services. I am unable to call, message use Internet or do anything. Its really frustrating because I can't contact any family members or friends when I need to. It won't let me call virgin media via my phone as it is "barred". Please assist me on what to do.
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, really sorry to hear your service is still suspended after you have already maid a missed Direct Debit payment, is this a Mobile or Media account, if it is a Mobile account in order to get the services back on you also need to make sure there is an active Direct Debit, if this failed it may have cancelled it.
