I am really sorry to hear that you're facing some issues with your Virgin Mobile service at the moment. What happens exactly when you try to make a call, send a text, or access mobile data?
I get an automated message when I try to make a call says service suspended to this number call 789.
even on Wi-Fi calling
I can receive calls, I think mobile data ok but can’t be sure as signal only 3G but slow. Currently on customers Wi-Fi to try and resolve issue

Account hacked or data breach because someone managed to ring up and
Barred 2 numbers
Add a new account with 3 new numbers, multi iphone 14 pro
cant believe they wasn’t any red flags with delivery address being 80 miles from the billing address
Cant ring up too see what’s going on!
Got to wait upto 72 hour for someone to ring me, and they will must likely ring when I’m at work and not have all my details to hand.
OH AND CANT SLEEP! ANXIETY OVERLORD!!
