Service barred

I had a direct debit set up to pay my phone bill but it has not been used by virgin. As a result I got behind on my phone bill and my service was recently barred. I paid the outstanding balance to unbar my account yesterday, it said my account would be unbarred within an hour but today it's still not working. How to get my service unbarred?

I'm sorry to hear there was an issue with your DIrect Debit being drawn, which caused a bar on your account. I'm going to send you a private message, so we can look into re-instating these services.
