Security question?

Hi, I’m new with Birgin and I’m trying to log in to Your Virgin Mobile Account but it’s asking me for a security answer when I haven’t set one up? If it helps, it’s a sim only contract for my daughter with an Oomph 5gb sim. 

Any help would be appreciated!
