Sorry to hear you're having some trouble finding the Security Key for your Credit Agreement with us. This can usually be found in the documents we send at the time of ordering your Mobile service. You would have received around 4-5 emails containing information regarding this new service, and the key will be in one of those.
You can just search "Your security key" in your email, and this should locate the right one. Please let us know if you cannot find this, and we'll do our best to assist further.
