I'm sorry to hear you've not been able to locate your Security Key - these would be found in your initial Credit Agreement that was sent over on the day of your order.
Do you still have this, and are you able to locate it?
Thanks for providing the update on this. When trying to use the details, are you seeing any specific error messages? Are you able to try a different browser/device to access the agreement?
