Cant find/lost my security key to login to my mobile contact. I require to change my billing details. But obviously cant without the key. Help needed. Thanks

Sorry to hear of the problems accessing your mobile handset contract to update your details. We appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.
The details required will have been sent in the original batch of emails received at the time the handset was taken, if you still have these you should be able to find the key in those emails. It is possible to get these resent to the account holder, if this is required please let us know and we'll be happy to help.
