Security Password

When I call or chat with your executive. They ask for the security Password. I am the account holder and I have not set any security password. How should I communicate further for my problem?

Hello there if you've not done so register for the online account and use an email address that you have access to.  Once you've registered and logged into your account you can set up a password from within your account. Agents will not ask you for your password but  random character from it. So write down your password and keep it safe.
