I have just got a virgin sim, I have tried to register for a virgin mobile account but after I put my mobile number in, I am asked to enter a security answer, but no question is shown.
I purchased the SIM via Carphone Warehouse and do not remember entering any security answers.
I also want to provide my pac number!
It says to call the help line but I’ve been on hold for ages.
Can someone assist me please??
