While making a call to Virgin re. my broadband connection, I was ambushed for two hours to change my mobile account to O2.

The guy the other ene gave me a PAC number but told me not to do anything with this as it had already been sorted. Is this correct.

If not, as I suspect, what do i do with this PAC number.

Thanks for posting on our community forum!

You would need to give the PAC code to your new provider so they can port your number over from ourselves, if they've already sorted this then you should be fine but it would be worth checking with your new provider too that it is all sorted.
