It has nearly been 3 weeks that I've been waiting for a SIM card to arrive. Gone missing on the way?
Could I get anyone from the team to contact me to get this resolved?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues receiving your sim card.
Are you able to let me know was the sim card part of your package or was it a replacement sim for a contact you already had?
The SIM is part of the package.
