I've been struggling to get help for my query for months now and I've tried using the online chat, social media and even the phone provided (789) was not connecting. Not received a response yet so I hope someone can rectify this.
All I want to do is cancel my mobile contract but because my sim services got suspended I'm not able to get the PAC number. I was meant to receive a new sim sometime in aug/sep but it never arrived. I've tried accessing my online account as I've read it might be possible to get the PAC number there but wasn't able to do it as when I'm requesting a password reset link my account is not found. Is there any other way I can cancel my contract?
