I live in NZ and usually come to the UK once a year - but NOT 2020!
I have a Doro631 phone with a Virgin PAYG sim which I thought I had better recharge. When I did I got a message "SIM not valid".
Can somebody please tell me what is going on? If this COVID ever goes away I hope to be able to use it again.
Thanks for your post and for reaching out to the Community Forums. If you are using a SIM card from 2017 or earlier then it may no longer be working and you would require an updated SIM. I'll send you a PM shortly to get your mobile account details.
