SIM Card not activating

Hi there,

I received my new SIM card a little bit more than a weeka ago, as an upgrade to my services. According to the description it is easy to activate it. So I have tried the SIM with three different phone, obviously all unlocked, and all says the same 'SIM unable to register on network' or 'Selected network (Virgin Mobile) unavailable'. All phone has been restarted and wait for 24h.

Anybody could help me with this issue?

Have you been able to activate the SIM since your post?

 

If still experiencing issues are you able to refresh the network settings on the handset?
