Hello

I'm currently abroad in Budapest and I have already set my roaming to on via the Virgin app but I cant make calls, text or use my data as I should be able to. 

I have looked at all forums and suggestions, making sure my roaming setting are on, turned my phone on and off, taken my SIM card in and out and nothing seems to work.

I have the signal bars which show which makes it confusing so why aren't I automatically connected to a network?

Please can someone help so I can make use of this whilst on holiday? Really need to to find my way round.

Hello, after changing the SIM card tools settings and changing them back based on the link you sent, I now have a network connected to send, receive text and calls but still no use of data when WiFi is unavailable
