I’ve just came back from Dubai, I had turned off my mobile data and roaming service and have now been hit with a £250 bill. Please can someone advise how this has happened as I o my used Wi-Fi whilst on the trip?

I can’t seem to find anything relating to the charges, my billing date was yesterday, will I need to wait for the bill to be produced before I can see the charges? Nothing gives me any indication of where this £250 charge lies
