Roaming Voicemail Pin

I’m currently in the US and it’s asking for a voicemail pin. As far as I can remember I have not set up one. Can a VM staff member please help?

Thank you for your post. I'm really sorry to hear that you're having a bit of trouble accessing your mobile voicemail service outside of the UK.

It's correct that you'd need to have a voicemail PIN set up. We suggest doing this before leaving the country, but we may be able to help get this sorted out. Please respond to the private message that I'll be sending to you shortly and we can go from there.
