Retentions for mobile

Been on a sim only monthly rolling contract for a while now but there are better deals out there. Is there an equivalent of a retentions option to haggle with?

Re: Retentions for mobile

Usually, ringing 789 and choosing ' Thinking of Leaving.' But I'm not sure if there is a UK based retention team. Had a mate who worked for them and the whole lot was outsourced.

I have a number 0345 6000 111, but that might be just broadband. Might be worth giving it a go.

Re: Retentions for mobile

Tried 789 and there is Indeed a thinking of leaving us option. Bizarrely they couldn't offer me the same deal which is advertised on loads of comparison websites but strangely could offer me a more expensive one! Cheaper to go via uSwitch

Remember, if you move Virgin to Virgin via uswitch you may not be able to keep your number.
