Resetting password is greeting an issue

I want to get into my virgin mobile account, I know my email but have forgotten password. I have had about 6 authentication codes sent. Wen I enter the codes it comes up oops we need to resend another code. Annoying

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry you're having some issues getting into your online account, this isn't good. 

If this is still an issue we can take a look at deleting the account and setting it back up from new. 

If this is something you want to do then please reply to the message I'm sending now and we'll take a look.

Good morning yes delete the account and set up another one as still. Abuses issues. When I tried to download app on my phone it’s saying it does not recognise my details. Frustrating all this is

What do you need me to do as it seems ages since I read your previous messages. Thanks. I did say yes to deleting the account and starting over again
