Reset voicemail pin from abroad

Hi, I’m in Spain. I’ve tried to access my mobile voicemail but having had three unsuccessful attempts at the PIN I’m now locked out. I’m not getting any option to reset from the voicemail menu and calling 789 isn’t working.
