Reset voicemail PIN from abroad

I forgot my voicemail PIN and my voicemail is blocked.

I cannot find live chat anywhere - is there a link?

I am in Spain and do not want to pay the 2 GBP per minute fee for calling 789 from Spain because from previous experience I will be on hold for a long time.

I need to reset the PIN asap. Please send me the link for live chat.

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Voicemail Service. If you've forgotten your pin, you can reset it by calling the Voicemail Service and using the wrong PIN. You'll then have the option to choose "Request a new PIN" and you will receive a temporary PIN that is active for 24 hours.

Once you've received the temporary PIN via text, you just need to redial the voicemail and use the temporary PIN and then set a new one. Please remember, your PIN can't be 7890, 2580, 1210, any old voicemail PIN or any part of your mobile number. It can also be 4-10 digits long.

Hi Reece,

There is no "Request a new PIN" in the voicemail menu. It asks for the PIN three times and then blocks the account.

Please manually send me the replacement PIN.
