Good morning, I have a free sim as part of my VM contract for at least six months my calls will cut out and the call quality is appalling. I took the sim out of my Samsung to clean and put my wife's EE sim in and it dramatically improved. My mobile is impossible to use for calls please could I request a new sim card please? My phone is 4g and any help you could give me would be appreciated as the free sim is currently useless. Thanks. Paul

Your SIM will be running on Vodafone not EE.

If the problem is in your home location you may be able to use WiFi Calling
