Registering mobile account - no security question/answer

I have the issue where I bought a Pay Monthly SIM in-store, but did not set a security question. Now when I try to register my account, it asks for an answer to a security question that doesn't exist, it's just blank. I need help to bypass this issue to complete registration.

Thanks for you post firehs.

 

Have you attempted to use the password you set for the call centres? This is usually something like Mother's Maiden Name, Name of first school etc..

 

Do you recall setting that at all?
