I cannot seem to register virgin mobile account .
It's says error 20 contact customer services .
Can any one help

Have you used the same email that you signed up with?

No as the email that was showing was not right I think hotmail was put not MSN so using a new email when registering.
This could be why it is not working, you would need to use the same email you signed up with.
Please can you try this and let me know if it works?
Problem I am having is the email that it wants me to register is to long not a known or used email. I have a MSN account and the one that comes up has to many characters. When I send passcode I do not recieve it to any of my emails .
