Registering Mobile Account!

So....long story short....

Cancelled an unused contract, forgot password, reset password over the phone and was told I would need to register again to access mobile account online...no worries...I can do that...

So here we are almost a week later and still cannot register....go through all the form filling, hit "complete Registration" and get a message "System Error - please contact customer care"

So I spend an hour on hold....go through it all again, no luck.....lady on phone tries it at her end, and gets same error....so I know it`s not an issue my end, or Google cache and all that stuff...

I`ve been told it`s because I tried too many times???

Do i just leave it for 24 hrs and try again (even though I`ve tried that)

Sigh.....................
