Registering Business Account issues

I am new business customer and can't register my account to use the mobile apps 

I am able to log in and see my bill from emails sent 


Can you help please

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with registering for your online account. 

Can you please confirm which App it is you're wanting to register for? 

If you have both types of account (Residential and Business), you can only register for your MyVirginMedia app with your residential details.

We would advise you reach out to our Business team directly on 0800 052 0800 to discuss this further, if there's a Business centric app you need access to.

The app that I am using is my virgin media and virgin connect

As you are have a business account with us, you will need to speak to Virgin Media Business directly for any issues you experience.
