I have ported my number to a new supplier but I received my bill today and my account is showing a small credit so I wanted to know how I get this refunded to me as my direct debit is no longer in place.

Sorry to hear you have now left us. When an account disconnects, we will issue a cheque refund for any remaining credits within 45 days of the service ending.
This will be sent to the account address unless advised otherwise.
