I have a credit and aware that a cheque should be forthcoming. As of today I have not received the cheque and wondered how I go about arranging a BACS transfer (I understand this is an option) or chasing the processing/delivery of the cheque?

Hi howie_t, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums.
The cheque / BACS refund will be sent 45 days following disconnection.
This will be sent to the account address unless updated.
