I recently purchased a new iPhone 14 contract with virgin media after moving from o2. I requested a PAC code which I then entered at checkout and I picked a delivery date for early January as this is when my current contract ends.
I received an email from virgin media 4 hours ago stating “there's only a few more checks between you and the good stuff. You'll find out soon if your order's confirmed when you get an email or call from us.” And have yet to receive another email confirming anything.
However, 2 hours after receiving the email above, I received another one reminding me about an item I had in my basket but when I checked there was nothing there.
I’m just confused as to if the order went through or not as I don’t really want to purchase the same contract twice.
