Reactivating my old number

Hello, 

I have been logged out of my tiktok account and I have forgotten the password to it. 
To log back in I need verification through a text message. However my tiktok is linked to my old phone number that I do not have access to. Tiktok support had told me to contact you to help me get a way in to my tiktok account.
