I received the new sim for the change over. Had to call in to 789 as the new sim said “ sim not valid”. The sim was not activated and they activated it to work in 20/30min and said my old sim would stop working. Now, old sim is not working and new sim not working. I have a really old phone I got from virgin in 2005/2006 Nokia 3410 that serves my purposed. I am disabled and use for emergency services and doctors. I am now stuck over night with no service... this needs to be resolved.

HI andysouza1, thanks for the message, we are currently in the process of migrating the network and this requires us to send out new sims, The sim may not work in a phone that old and we do have the capability to send out a replacement handset. Can you confirm if you are still having issues with the sim or have since managed to get this resolved. If you do still require assistance then please let us know and we will be able to look in to this further for you ^Chris
