Thanks Emma. Sorry I have been on holiday. My issue is with not being able to register my mobile number and then to be able to synchronise my e mail account to it.
I think within the Virgin Account details you still have my old mobile number which I no longer have as it was a work number. So I can't register my new number which came from Virgin which is 07306079995 and i can't get my virgin e mail account to synchronise with my new phone.
I would be most grateful if you could sort something out for me as at the moment I can't do what the on line advice says as it won't recognise me which is all a tad frustrating.
