Having the same issue. Moved to new phone company and want to cancel Virgin. Cannot cancel via website or via text. Stuck with a contact that I don’t need and that is costing me money. Beyond frustrated. I’ve reported this issue to both ofcom and MSE resolver in the hope of a resolution. This is illegal.
