I've had the same issue... I put through an order on Saturday of which Is due to be delivered tomorrow (supposedly) however after going through the whole process I had a message appear advising was unable to process the order at this time and someone would be in touch... Iveno email or a reference number and I'm a bit at a loss on what the process is and if my order has gone through.
Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Really sorry to hear that you're mobile phone order has not yet been processed, this could be due to a number of things.
If you only placed the order on Saturday you will be contacted by a member of our team to find out why the order has not been processed, it may just be that we need to do some additional checks for you.
