Hi - I ran into the same problem. My phone was stolen and I need a replacement sim card. How could we go about this as soon as possible? I tried speaking to someone in the Virgin team on Whatsapp but I run into bots asking me to access my Mobile account to reset some information and I can't get an acces code on my phone for obvious reasons.
