No, it wasn't sorted out. That's partly down to me - I'm very busy, but also the response from Virgin has not been exactly overwhelming, and I've lost the will, tbh.
I've just worked out my contract runs out in Jan/Feb next year, and when it does I'll transfer to a different company.
Absolutely nothing could induce me to use Virgin Mobile again. I've spent a year kicking myself for repeating that mistake once - I'm not going to make it twice.
